Boundary Surveys

Includes finding, marking, and/or setting all property corners on a parcel of land, as well as providing an official graphical depiction of this information for the client upon completion.  Depending on the legal configuration of the property, a written metes & bounds description of the parcel may also be included within this service.

Metes & Bounds Descriptions:  

A written description of a parcel of land (or part of a parcel of land) typically utilized towards legal recordation of:
A new tract of land.
An update or enhancement to an existing written description.
A new encumbrance (i.e. easement) upon a parcel of land.
